Document & File Organization on the REO Asset

TLDR: Realty Force stores listing agreements, contracts, photos, BPOs, appraisals, and other documents in folders on the asset record. The platform keeps the file in one place; it does not generate or negotiate the documents.

An REO file brings together listing agreements, contracts, photos, valuation reports, and supporting documents. Organizing them in folders linked to the asset keeps the file's materials together rather than scattered across email attachments and separate drive folders.

    Folders and document storage

Folders keep the supporting materials tied to the property file. The people working on the asset can find the documents they are permitted to access without treating document storage as legal review or a substitute for their own retention requirements.

    • Documents are stored in folders tied to the asset, including listing agreements, contracts, BPOs, and photos.
    • Access is subject to asset permissions and folder or document role restrictions. Access to an asset does not necessarily grant access to every document, including lender-private appraisal files.
    • Uploads and related task status remain associated with the asset file.

What Realty Force does not do

    • This file-organization workflow does not generate legal documents.
    • Does not negotiate or sign on behalf of the parties.
    • Does not replace the client's own document retention policy.

The file organization keeps documents tied to the asset while leaving document generation and legal review with the parties.
